Président BEY, Stake President of the Niangon Sud Stake in Cote d'Ivoire brought 70 youth to tour the MTC today. Elder Vinson and I spoke to them. We were very impressed with how prepared they are and with Elder Vinson's progress in learning French. He pronounces the words well.
