Tradition Meets Technology

Diane was making batik with friends last Saturday and they wanted an elephant stamp. So she pulled up a picture on her phone. The artist drew it on the palm of his hand, gave her back my phone, drew it on a piece of dense foam, carved it with a razor blade and then they dipped it in hot wax, stamped, and - there's their elephant waiting to be dyed.  Definitely truck up because that means good luck.
