Meet Elders Bowring (Utah) and Vandehei (Tennessee). Last week during a flash flood that caused much damage and loss of life to people in Accra, these two missionaries at the risk of their lives saved lives. Just as their ordeal ended and they paused in gratitude for the protection they and the people they rescued had experienced, they saw a terrible explosion not more than 1/2 mile in the distance where 170 people lost their lives.
